Texas is big and so is the sky. I love the landscape there, 1/4 land, 3/4 sky, it's all about space. Some might think negative space, but not me. Yes, some of these cemeteries are in the valley. If you travel farther east towards Louisiana the gates have a more European influence becoming much more ornate. What you see in this series is the more modest ranch style.
