What you see in this short film is moving day at my clients new house. High in the hills sits this beauty in all her glory. This fabulous house was built in the early 20's in the classic Spanish style with views from downtown to the beach. It's elegant beyond belief and there are more French doors then I could even count. Oh, and by the way did mention stairs, many, many stairs.

why i couldn't possibly be
envious of something like THAT!
no, never.
I love the clean-slate look of an empty room or house. That living room is a great space--perhaps we'll get to see what you do with it.
(As a dyed-in-the-wool Clevelander, my first involuntary reaction was that those steps must be really dangerous when icy.)

I am just thinking of lugging furniture up those stairs!
It's not often that I'm envious but this is one such occasion.
Now that's an entrance.....this house is to die for....please let us see more...maybe a few pictures?! I LOVE the stairs...k
Yowsah......that is one gorgeous lady! Would love to see her decked out in her furniture finery!
Oh...you know I adore this! What 1920's Hollywood starlet lived here? Just a great house. I'd live there in a Hollywood Minute!
OMG... Such a tease!
MORE PLEASE
I might be down next weekend.
Need to find some frat decor... will you join me?
Miss you so...
Kevin, I hope we get to see what you do with this incredible aerie. From your video, it appears to be the top of the world!
You had me at the first step! Oh, how I miss that quintessential Spanish style of Los Angeles....the white walls, red curved roof tiles and French doors a plenty. Now, I'm ready to pack my bags and move back to Southern California!
Such a breath of fresh air !
