Judging by the shape of the faces and the posture and the era...my guess is brothers. An older and much younger one, kind of like my two sons. Mine are ten years apart. That would be my guess in this photo.

I think you you might right about the brothers. Every picture tells a story doesn't it.
It would be great if they were lovers ... they look happy.
I vote for father-son.
My guess is father and son because one dresses like a generation behind the other.
Lovers is my favorite - actually I collect old photos of happy couples - men, women, animals and kids all apply! One certainly dresses with panache!
I haven't a clue but if I were guessing I would say family , cousins probably and one of them is from a different country. Fun!
