Do you remember this house?
Take a walk up the stairs with me,
and let me show you the entrance hall.
What do you get when you add color like a dark fuchsia pink,
throw in a French chandelier, and are blessed with eighteen foot ceiling?
Drama! Drama! Drama!

You are a color wizard with discerning clients-
I'm curious to know what your clients initial reaction was when you suggested "fuchsia".
It looks absolutely delicious!
I hope you'll be posting more "after" shots of this house. I somehow missed the previous post about it.
Love it!
What a reward to those who climb the stairs — it's a wonderful space.
whoa...would love to see that in person...donna
Inspired wall color choice, as it echoes the shots of bougainvillea visible on the approach to the house.
Hi Kevin, It was necessary to top the dramatic climb to the front door, and that explosion of color and glamor certainly does it. By the way, on my screen that color also looks like it could be called raspberry.
Gorg! I'm inspired by the drama of these pics!
everyone needs a little pink in each room he says....

Oh Kevin when you said how high the ceilings were..I thought omg. I have been climbing ladders helping my daughter paint her new home and boy my everything hurts when I am done for the day. So I just can't even think of climbing that high.LOL What a WOW color though. Are you doing the decorating there??If you are, more pictures please. The chandy is like frosting on a beautiful fushia cake. Smiles, Susie

SWOON!
PLEASE, oh PLEASE, share your secret for that glorious high gloss finish!
Carson, I color is Benjamin Moore's semi-gloss Royal Flush. I'm glad you like it, I was thrilled, myself. Kevin
I like the front of your home, i bet that whenever someone's looking for your place you can always point to your unique decor as a landmark. I have been to a home that availed of wooden doors in Perth. They painted it white to contrast their garden.
